📋 Description

• Serve as a talent acquisition events facilitator and advisor to assigned hiring leaders and business units • Travel typically 1–3 days per week, 3–4 weeks per month, depending on business needs • Manage candidate and client communication, travel, and coordination • Coordinate interview-location setup, material distribution, interview plans, and liaison activities between client and Cielo teams • Represent the external client while engaging with candidates • Build location-specific recruitment marketing plans and leverage technology throughout the process • Coordinate with client entities to drive a unified recruitment approach • Manage distribution of technology required to execute events • Facilitate post-event actions, including summary information and hiring-manager follow-up • Prepare and deliver program-execution presentations to client audiences • Complete special projects and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Experience in talent acquisition or event planning/coordination is required • Experience in administrative support required • Fluent English essential • Ability to travel multiple times per month throughout the United States as needed • Ability to conduct interviewer and candidate coaching • Time management skills, including steering interview schedule guidelines and serving as timekeeper • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook • Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Professional with a polished demeanor, comfortable and personable
