• Assess digital phenotyping tools adopted across breeding programs, including drones, satellites, rovers, handheld devices, and emerging technologies. • Work with breeding teams to evaluate generated data and support development and implementation of KPIs. • Develop a report on opportunities, challenges, and recommendations for adopting and scaling digital phenotyping tools. • Review SOPs for consistency, applicability, and effectiveness, identifying gaps and improvement areas. • Conduct a comprehensive cost analysis of digital phenotyping tools to assess value, scalability, and sustainability. • Support service definition, optimization opportunities, and continuous improvement of digital phenotyping services offered through GSS.
• Experience with phenotyping and/or image analysis tools. • Interest in pursuing a career that bridges scientific research and service delivery. • Experience in business case development and service deployment would be considered an advantage.
