📋 Description

• Provide senior-level digital video and graphic production services for designated Cineflix YouTube channels • Develop and test video formats, thumbnails and other digital assets supporting channel growth, audience engagement and monetisation • Coordinate project deliverables with Cineflix contacts and collaborators • Pilot and test content formats, including thumbnails, channel and video branding, visual assets, clips, cutdowns, compilations, YouTube Shorts and other digital derivatives • Execute and improve batch production workflows for high-volume, accurate, efficient and consistent content production • Refine and scale production systems, templates, review processes and delivery standards across video and graphic assets • Track production performance against KPIs and use audience data to improve creative decision-making • Benchmark competitor channels and market trends to identify creative opportunities and high-performing formats • Provide progress updates, production performance analysis and creative recommendations to designated Cineflix contacts

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Brazil • Strong conversational written and spoken English • Comfortable collaborating remotely with Cineflix contacts, using designated systems and agreed communication and delivery schedules • Demonstrated professional experience producing digital video and graphic assets for YouTube or other video-first platforms • Excellent understanding of thumbnail design, branding and design principles, video packaging, audience retention, pacing and platform-specific creative best practice • Experience managing production workflows, review cycles, version control and delivery schedules across multiple projects • Ability to use performance data to evaluate creative output and recommend changes to formats, thumbnails or edits • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret project briefs and translate them into clear production requirements for graphic designers and video producers/editors • Experience building repeatable production templates, creative playbooks and scalable post-production systems • Resume, portfolio or examples of relevant work, and a brief summary of YouTube or digital production experience required for submission
