• Process enrollment, life-event changes, and eligibility updates accurately and on schedule • Support annual enrollment execution, including renewals, data submission and validation, and employee-facing communications • Prepare and quality-check enrollment, eligibility, and deduction files for carriers, brokers, and payroll • Review employee policies and communications covering eligibility, enrollment windows, deadlines, and plan access • Respond to Tier-2 employee benefits inquiries and route complex cases • Answer questions on benefits provisions, eligibility rules, and published policies using approved content • Maintain employee-facing benefits Q&A and knowledge content for current country-specific plan terms • Follow documented administrative processes and flag process gaps or recurring issues • Maintain audit-ready enrollment, eligibility, and life-event records • Handle personal, health, and dependent information according to data privacy policies and country-specific requirements • Contribute to and maintain enrollment and eligibility SOPs • Identify and interpret country-level statutory requirements, plan terms, deadlines, and eligibility rules • Collect stakeholder and employee feedback on vendor and carrier performance • Complete benefits surveys, benchmarking questionnaires, and structured data requests • Answer questions and review work across the Benefits team as needed
• Typically requires 6–8 years of experience in benefits enrollment, eligibility, or life-event administration • Experience in an HR, HRIS, payroll, insurance carrier, or broker/consulting environment • Exposure to global responsibility / multi-country benefits programs • Strong attention to detail, particularly with enrollment and eligibility data • Awareness of data privacy principles for handling personal and health-related information • Experience working within documented processes and controls, including supporting benefits or HR audits, statutory filings, or data reconciliation requests • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process-improvement methodology through coursework or on-the-job application • Clear, professional communication skills for employee-facing support • Hands-on experience writing AI prompts for benefits-related tasks and reviewing output for accuracy • Advanced/fluent English proficiency, written and spoken • Native or fluent Spanish
