📋 Description

• Monitor and respond to Hungarian-language member correspondence. • Track and resolve subscription, donation, and campaign queries weekly. • Answer member emails in less than 8 hours. • Manage donation changes or closures, communication unsubscribes, and volunteer requests. • Identify campaign opportunities raised by members and share them with the campaigns team. • Contribute to weekly correspondence reports. • Use and refine AI-assisted draft responses. • Collaborate on chatbot training and improvement. • Report technical issues, campaign feedback, member suggestions, and communication trends. • Translate and adapt campaign materials, documents, and website content into Hungarian. • Update and localize Help Center pages. • Identify operational improvements and propose solutions for Contact Center workflows. • Review and refine communication processes, templates, handbooks, FAQs, and workflow documentation. • Test and introduce tools, workflows, and automations. • Build and improve AI workflows and manage AI agents. • Work with Operations and Campaigns teams and participate in team meetings. • Cover other language inboxes as needed using AI-assisted translation and drafting tools. • Report to the Contact Center Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• You are based in Hungary and available to work part-time, 20 hours per week. • You speak Magyar as a first language and have excellent written and oral communication skills. • At least B2-level proficiency in English. • Duolingo English Test required for non-native English speakers, with a minimum score of 100. • Spanish and other languages are a plus. • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software tools quickly. • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs is a plus. • Comfortable using Artificial Intelligence in day-to-day work and building, testing, and documenting AI-powered workflows. • Strong attention to detail, particularly when translating materials, reviewing documents, and checking AI-assisted responses. • Service-oriented communication with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. • Passion for CitizenGO’s mission and commitment to defending life, family, and freedom. • Professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and ability to deliver accurate work on short timelines. • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative team culture within a clear hierarchical structure. • Ability to adjust quickly to changing conditions, priorities, processes, and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
