📋 Description
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement consulting projects • Assist in preparing technical proposals for public tenders • Conduct industry, competitor, and client-related research • Track donor-funded projects in Albania • Develop training materials and presentations for clients • Coordinate with consultants to deliver projects within timelines and budgets • Maintain regular communication with clients • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and recommend improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, economics, finance, or social sciences • Proven experience in writing and/or implementing projects • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts • Excellent organizational skills to track progress and manage multiple projects • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment • Fluency in English and Albanian • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations • Critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose solutions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) • Experience working on climate and infrastructure-related projects is a strong advantage • Prior experience in a consulting company is a plus
