📋 Description

• Lead client communication and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project • Clarify client needs, requirements, and expectations • Work closely with development teams to understand technical requirements, risks, and implementation approaches • Translate technical information between clients and internal teams • Proactively identify issues, dependencies, and gaps in requirements • Collaborate with PM, UI/UX, design, and development teams to keep projects moving forward

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency, product, or web development environment • Strong technical background or significant experience working closely with development teams, with a strong focus on website projects • Understanding of web and product development processes and ability to discuss technical topics with developers and clients • Strong problem-solving and proactive decision-making skills • Ability to provide clear guidance and accurate recommendations on project execution, planning, and scope • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other common project management methodologies • Excellent client communication skills and comfort leading client discussions, reviews, and workshops • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders • Highly organized and able to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment across different time zones • Located within a reasonable maximum 3-hour time difference from the Central European Time Zone • Russian language proficiency • Fluent English, both spoken and written • Not required to be a developer or work hands-on with code
