📋 Description

• Produce high-retention content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other digital platforms • Work from raw footage and source material to create polished, ready-to-publish videos • Create well-paced, visually engaging videos consistent with the brand style • Manage multiple videos in production simultaneously • Work within a structured, fast-paced workflow • Create content for UI/UX, SaaS, websites, apps, or digital interfaces as applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro • Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and kinetic text • Professional video editing experience and a strong portfolio • Experience editing Reels and YouTube Shorts • Proven ability to create high-retention content • Strong creative direction and visual taste • Excellent attention to detail • Fast, reliable communication and turnaround • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to work U.S. business hours • Reliable internet connection and remote-work setup • Portfolio or relevant work samples • Preferred: Performance marketing creative • Preferred: UI/UX or digital product video • Preferred: SaaS, website, or app video • Preferred: QA, quality control, or structured review processes
