📋 Description

• Lead market landscaping and competitive analysis across assigned health-sector program areas • Develop multi-country demand forecasts and financial analyses to inform market access strategies • Lead research and analysis on regulatory policies and registration pathways • Develop market analyses, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences • Support the design and execution of market-shaping interventions • Manage supplier engagement, including site visits, industry conferences, and expert interviews • Assess supplier capabilities, quality systems, and partnership fit • Manage project execution • Coordinate closely with CHAI global team members across disease programs and LMIC country offices • Perform other responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in public health, biology, economics, finance, political science, engineering, or another related field • 2–4 years of full-time work experience in international organizations, the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, management consulting, financial services, market research, or similar professional functions • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools • Strong quantitative analysis, market analysis, and financial analysis skills • Comfortable with Excel-based modelling and generating evidence for data-driven decision-making • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt communication style for different audiences • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, including speaking, reading, and writing • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and work independently and collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team • Strong willingness to learn new fields and take on diverse tasks • Ability to work proactively and independently without extensive structural or operational support • Familiarity with and productivity in remote-working settings • Experience working or living in China • Experience collaborating with global, cross-cultural teams is preferred • Prior exposure to international organizations or multinational teams is a plus
