📋 Description

• Own Italy, Germany, and France content collections as one product • Set and run a unified roadmap and shared KPIs for Italian, German, and French legal content • Drive ROI through improved win rates, customer trust, retention, and revenue • Maintain coverage maps across case law and legislation in all three markets • Rank coverage gaps and lead build, buy, and licensing decisions with Licensing, Legal, and Corporate Development • Maintain a ranked backlog with Content Ops and Engineering • Improve ingestion and enrichment pipelines across the three markets, including migration to Iceberg • Build scalable Clio-owned pipelines and establish monitoring, fault-tolerance, and disaster-recovery standards • Review and improve legal-data enrichment with Editorial and Ops teams • Set shared metadata and structure standards adapted to each legal system • Lead AI-assisted enrichment for legal content discovery and downstream AI tools • Measure financial and product impact of content spend with Finance and FP&A • Maintain dashboards tracking cost per document, ingestion speed, coverage parity, and enrichment reach • Present quarterly to the Content Committee on roadmap progress, risk, and business impact • Compare Clio’s coverage and quality with regional legal-content providers • Develop partnerships with courts, publishers, and open-data groups • Track AI and NLP methods for legal text tagging, summarization, and merging • Serve as internal expert on Italian, German, and French legal materials • Train Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams • Maintain an internal Legal Materials Reference Guide • Support enterprise RFPs and major sales deals • Develop go-to-market content with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement • Feed competitive intelligence into pricing, packaging, and market-entry plans

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in legal publishing, legal data operations, or product and content management, with a track record of owning a legal content portfolio end to end • Deep knowledge of at least one of the Italian, German, or French legal systems and legal publishing markets • Working knowledge of, or strong ability to quickly build fluency in, the other two legal systems and markets • Fluency in English and native-level fluency in Italian, German or French is required • Proven work using Italian, German, or French case law and legislation to support legal practice or legal research platforms • A history of setting strategy and owning outcomes at a senior or staff level, not just running projects • Strong product ownership and the ability to lead across teams with no direct reporting line, across multiple markets • Data-driven prioritization and ROI modeling across three content sets • Technical fluency across ETL pipelines, ingestion systems, and metadata structures • Clear communication with technical and non-technical people, including executives • Comfort managing competing priorities across three markets, languages, and legal systems simultaneously
