📋 Description

• Deliver polished 1-page pitches that include references to similar viral content, real visual assets (screenshots, examples, links), and structured bullet points outlining the narrative arc • Source visuals - Hunt down b-roll, stock footage, images, and reference materials that help our production and editorial teams execute • Write short-form scripts that grab attention, retain viewers, and drive shares using proven storytelling frameworks • Review and approve content — watch edited videos and give actionable feedback on audio, pacing, cuts, text overlays, and story flow • Publish daily across formats (short form, long form, carousel, newsletter) • Manage content calendar and post-production workflows, ensuring deadlines are met

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience creating viral content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.) • Proven experience writing short-form scripts and guiding video edits from start to finish • Exceptional research skills — you can dig deep into trends, news, and obscure stories quickly • Strong storytelling sense — you craft hooks, narrative arcs, and punchy scripts that keep viewers watching • Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic knowledge of animation/motion graphics
