📋 Description

• Process multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently • Analyse payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll • Partner with Implementation Consultants to complete successful knowledge transfers from Project Delivery to Operations • Support parallel runs when testing is needed for a new requirement • Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure information accuracy before payroll processing • Research payroll information and documentation discrepancies for accuracy and procedural adherence • Deliver accurate payroll and timely employee salary payments in line with client SLAs and expectations • Maintain payroll information, files and records for current reference and compliance audit trails • Assist in validating payroll requirements and ensuring clients provide sufficient information for setup and configuration • Collaborate with global payroll operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in payroll processing; Italian payroll preferred • Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting etc. • Experience in any related payroll software and MS Office – Excel and Word • Experience of Zucchetti would be beneficial • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines • Forward thinking, able to plan and organise own workload • Strong Italian and English languages skills required • Taking ownership, working with integrity and respect • Being a team player is key to our culture • Solution and customer focused • Great initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving results • Dedicated to developing and always looking for continuous improvements • Be creative, be committed, be engaged and enjoy what you do
