📋 Description

• Find customer and product friction through support tickets, churn calls, product discussions, and cross-team gaps • Turn vague problems into testable hypotheses with measurable metrics • Conduct weekly customer interviews focused on behavior • Explore multiple opportunities in parallel and prioritize the strongest bets • Prototype, build, test, ship, and instrument products end to end • Make independent design decisions while collaborating with Product Managers and Designers as needed • Ship small, early experiments to real customers • Write tests, consider failure modes, and protect production quality • Design and build LLM-driven flows, agentic workflows, and orchestration • Define validation criteria and instrumentation before shipping • Evaluate results, kill unsuccessful ideas, and decide whether to scale or iterate • Document and hand off successful work to owning squads • Develop repeatable AI workflows for research synthesis, prototyping, and experiment readouts • Document and share effective patterns with the wider team • Communicate explorations, learnings, and decisions openly • Explain the commercial value of bets in ARR, retention, or cost terms • Coordinate with squads before working in their product areas

🎯 Requirements

• Personally taken a product from identifying a problem to customers using it in production, with measurable impact • AI-fluent builder operating at Level 4 on CloudTalk's AI fluency ladder • Experience shutting down unsuccessful work and explaining its cost, learnings, and decision speed • Continuous discovery experience in the Teresa Torres sense • Startup, founding, or scale-up background • Experience working without a specification, designer, or predefined success criteria • Understanding of sales-assisted and product-led B2B SaaS, ARR-driven models, and customer problems • Nice to have: voice, telephony, or real-time systems experience • Nice to have: founding or solo-technical-founder background • Nice to have: public trail of things built
