📋 Description

• Build systems that automatically update product documentation as releases ship • Establish human review processes for documentation and AI-generated content • Run and extend release-notes automation • Compare documentation, product tours, and screenshots against the live product and flag discrepancies • Maintain accurate product facts for AI tools serving customers and internal teams • Lead end-to-end how-to launches for significant product changes • Maintain in-app guidance and report performance against activation and adoption goals • Keep interactive demos and how-to content current for prospects and new customers • Deliver internal and external product education sessions and webinars • Identify frequently asked topics and improve the content customers and teams need most • Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning product content in a SaaS company, including documentation, onboarding, product education, or enablement • Ability to interpret product changes and identify implications for customers and internal teams • Clear, plain writing and ability to simplify setup instructions • Experience building AI-enabled workflows, automations, or documentation pipelines • Ability to determine where AI is appropriate and where human involvement is needed • Data-driven approach using searches, questions, blockers, activation, and adoption metrics • Comfortable with Claude, GitHub, and Markdown, or able to learn quickly • Experience with Mintlify, Appcues, Storylane, or similar tools preferred • Background in telephony, contact center, or sales software preferred • Additional languages preferred
