📋 Description

• Drive development of next-generation calling software • Expand design expertise and contribute to AI-powered product design • Develop, maintain, and scale Design System processes and practices • Generate ideas and communicate design concepts to engineers, product managers, and leadership through visual representations and descriptive explanations • Translate concepts into solutions and craft elegant user experiences across web, desktop, and mobile products • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Understand customer needs with product managers • Participate in research, experimentation, and prototyping to identify ideal solutions • Complete the hiring process: 30-minute TA call, 60-minute CPTO interview, 90-minute Product Challenge Interview, and Culture Bar Raiser/Meet the Team calls

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing excellence in product design and problem-solving abilities • 4+ years of experience in a product design role • Strong knowledge of Figma • Track record of creating, implementing, and maintaining expansive design systems spanning multiple platforms • Previous experience integrating design efforts with broader company initiatives and fostering cross-team and cross-functional collaboration • Adaptability and comfort navigating changed project timelines • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team • Capability to manage multiple intricate projects simultaneously • Portfolio should be included when applying • Experience in AI-powered product development is a plus
