📋 Description

• - Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms and related equipment on-site at customer locations throughout the Benelux and Germany region. • - Respond efficiently to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely solutions. • - Document all service activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up actions needed. • - Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance practices to promote safety and efficiency. • - Collaborate with our engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and possible improvements. • - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• - At least 2 years of experience as a service technician, preferably in the AWP or heavy machinery sector. • - Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems relevant to AWP. • - Experience working with clients in the Benelux and Germany region is an advantage. • - Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the Benelux and Germany region. • - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure. • - Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch, French, or German being a strong asset. • - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
