📋 Description

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Dingli aerial work platforms both onsite and at service centers. • Address warranty claims promptly and communicate effectively about any repair issues or limitations. • Provide technical support and training to customer representatives and internal staff. • Travel within France and nearby regions to support customer site visits and service operations as needed. • Maintain accurate service records and reports. • Continuously improve technical skills and product knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a service technician role, preferably in mechanical, hydraulic, or related industries (construction machinery, agricultural equipment, AWP, or automotive repair). • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills in French; proficiency in English is a plus. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the region. • Strong customer service orientation. • Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are preferred.
