📋 Description

• Answer inbound customer calls, texts, and emails • Book service appointments and estimates • Build and adjust daily schedules for technicians and field crews using field service software • Dispatch jobs, track arrival times, and update customers about delays or changes • Coordinate with Spanish-speaking crews and English-speaking customers, accurately translating details • Confirm next-day appointments and follow up on open estimates • Maintain complete job records, including notes, photos, parts used, and invoices ready for billing • Escalate emergencies, complaints, and scheduling conflicts to the owner or operations lead • Join Cobalto Talent's pre-qualified talent bench for presentation to U.S. client companies as positions open

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, call center operations, or logistics coordination • Advanced spoken English (B2 minimum) • Native or fluent Spanish • Experience handling customer calls, booking appointments, and coordinating schedules • Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle upset customers professionally and communicate delays or schedule changes • Strong written English for emails, text messages, and service notes • Computer literacy, accurate typing, and proficiency with digital scheduling tools • Ability to work remotely from Mexico with a computer, noise-canceling headset, private workspace, and internet speed of at least 50 Mbps • Ability to work as an independent contractor and issue valid CFDI invoices in Mexico • Experience with U.S. home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or field service companies • Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, Workiz, or similar software • Experience coordinating technicians, field crews, or service appointments • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical terminology • Experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, or billing documentation
