âą Develop software to meet internal needs; âą Maintain existing solutions and propose improvements; âą Participate in technical discussions to create high-quality, high-performance software; âą Implement technical best practices with quality and security; âą Perform unit tests, functional tests and test automation for developed solutions; âą Follow reference architecture guidelines; âą Promote best practices and continuous learning; âą Document software projects; âą Reuse components.
