📋 Description

• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications for development • Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria • Ensure products are well-thought-out, logically structured, and functional • Use the ShadCN design library to assemble product screens and components • Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to research, analyze, and prototype product features • Develop use cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and screen and system-flow mockups • Document functional requirements and design guidelines for accurate implementation • Bridge business analysis, product management, design, and development • Shape product decisions to align with company goals and customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role • Structured and analytical approach, considering system logic, usability, scalability, and business impact • Proficiency in Figma • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications • Experience with user journey mapping and workflow analysis • Ability to think in systems and identify gaps or inconsistencies • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proficient written communication skills in English • Dedication, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor • Experience analyzing user journeys and business workflows • Experience working with design systems and symbol libraries • Experience documenting functional requirements and system behaviour • Access to a Mac with Figma or preference for this design tool • Fluency in Dutch or English for application submission
