📋 Description

• Build, test, and deploy MCPs connecting to critical data sources including Snowflake and SharePoint • Connect databases, APIs, and other systems to expose data via MCPs • Enable advanced Copilot workflows and collaborative AI workspaces • Refactor proof-of-concept code into robust production infrastructure • Adhere to architectural and security standards • Design, test, and optimize prompts for VMCPs, AI skills, and plugins • Identify and resolve MCP bugs • Systematically evaluate MCP performance against prompts • Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams on data pipelines and integrations • Own development tasks from initial concept through deployment • Integrate AI capabilities into established, high-security infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and solid coding fundamentals • Proven experience building AI-driven solutions and working with MCPs • Familiarity with the FAST MCP framework • Solid experience in prompt engineering • Familiarity with AI assistant coding tools like Claude Code, including running cloud sub-agents and managing skills/plugins • Good general knowledge of AWS • Experience integrating unstructured and structured data sources, including databases, APIs, SQL/ORMs, SharePoint, and files • Advanced or bilingual English level (C1 or above) • High level of autonomy and ability to drive work from concept to completion without constant supervision • Excellent communication skills to articulate progress and technical blockers • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform • Familiarity with Agent Core or similar frameworks for agent-side development • Prior experience in financial services, hedge funds, or investment sectors
