📋 Description

• Drive the technical transition strategy from legacy Salesforce environments to ServiceNow as the primary bridge and subject matter expert across platforms • Conduct a comprehensive inventory and dependency assessment of 1,000+ custom dashboards, data models, and recurring reports across multi-brand implementations • Architect and prioritize migration, consolidation, or sunsetting of analytics assets into ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics • Participate in structured ServiceNow cross-training while leading technical standardizations for reporting across all implementation brands • Synchronize daily with U.S. client leadership to ensure business continuity, data integrity, and no loss of mission-critical reporting visibility during the 9-month transition • Work in a collaborative environment through CodeRoad's Velocity Studios and engage with U.S. client teams and roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record as a Senior or Lead Salesforce Administrator • Deep experience building, optimizing, and auditing large-scale custom dashboards, reports, and underlying data structures • Proven ability to manage massive report inventories of 1,000+ assets • Ability to identify redundant metrics, streamline queries, and prepare legacy systems for enterprise platform shifts • Familiarity with or high readiness to upskill into ServiceNow ecosystem reporting modules, ITSM, or Performance Analytics • Strong autonomy to run audit frameworks and make operational recommendations with minimal supervision • Fluent/Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal • Nice to have: Reporting and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Nice to have: Data engineering work such as building ETLs or dataflows
