📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementations, from scoping to rollout and handover • Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, including senior management • Participate in technical and architectural discussions and shape project roadmaps • Manage project financials and profitability for time-and-materials and fixed-price engagements • Grow engagements through upsell, cross-sell and presales support • Cultivate strong team dynamics and foster a positive workplace culture • Lead people and manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and development meetings • Visit clients on-site a few times a year in Europe and the US

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an Engineering Manager, Technical Delivery Manager or in a similar role • Proven experience delivering implementation or integration projects at client sites • Strong customer-facing and communication skills, including handling escalations and negotiating scope • Experience managing budgets and margins and growing client accounts • Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers on complex technical projects • Hands-on engineering background in Software, Network, DevOps or Infrastructure • Solid knowledge of at least two of networking, network automation, cybersecurity, Data Center infrastructure, Public Cloud, and CI/CD • English at C1 level or higher • Flexibility to work across EMEA and US time zones • Experience in Professional Services or at a specialized technology vendor preferred • Presales experience preferred • PMI, PRINCE2 or SAFe certification preferred
