📋 Description
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across the Core portfolio • Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research • Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into search strategies and strong candidate and interviewer experiences • Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes • Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs to scale team impact across global markets • Potentially support product group hiring based on business needs
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment • Demonstrated success closing competitive candidates across G&A and/or technical functions • Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets • Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing • Data-driven pipeline management and ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and measurable workflow improvements
