📋 Description

• Build and improve product features end-to-end. • Work directly with Product Team to clarify requirements and shape solutions. • Make fast decisions and ship without hand-holding. • Create clean, polished, high-quality UI. • Identify and fix technical debt. • Contribute to architecture and product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years with React, Redux, TypeScript. • Strong product mindset (not just ticket execution). • Ability to move fast and deliver consistently. • High standards for UI/UX and attention to detail. • Ownership and independence. • Experience with performance and optimization. • English (B2) + Russian.
