• Help build core parts of the Collectly platform • Design and evolve backend systems in Python • Collaborate with the founder, engineering leadership, product managers, designers, and fellow engineers • Ship high-quality, impactful features for healthcare providers and patients • Navigate trade-offs and build a world-class product • Build critical features with urgency and attention to detail • Own features end-to-end, from product requirements through coding, testing, observability, rollout, and maintenance
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience building complex web apps • Passion for building and delivering exceptional products • Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment • Hard-working ethic to help build and grow a new startup • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Experience with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Redis is nice to have
