⢠Overall command of the vessel, ensuring safe navigation and operations ⢠Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements ⢠Plan and execute voyages efficiently ⢠Supervise cargo operations (loading, stowage, securing, discharge) ⢠Lead crew, enforce safety procedures, and conduct drills ⢠Handle emergencies and maintain all documentation & reporting
đŻ Requirements
⢠Overall command of the vessel, ensuring safe navigation and operations ⢠Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements ⢠Plan and execute voyages efficiently ⢠Supervise cargo operations (loading, stowage, securing, discharge) ⢠Lead crew, enforce safety procedures, and conduct drills ⢠Handle emergencies and maintain all documentation & reporting ⢠Experience in Heavy Lift and breakbulk cargo handling is mandatory. ⢠Holder of a valid COC (STWC Reg II/2) with verification. ⢠Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. ⢠Experience with a multi-cultural working environment. ⢠Good communication and leadership skills. ⢠Fluent in the written and spoken English language. ⢠Safety culture and mindset.
