⢠Join CSM Rijeka as a seafarer ⢠Ensure overall ship's command and safety of crew and cargo ⢠Comply with all regulatory and company requirements ⢠Plan and execute efficient voyages ⢠Supervise cargo operations ⢠Lead crew and conduct drills ⢠Handle emergencies and maintain documentation
đŻ Requirements
⢠Overall ship's command and responsibility to ensure safety of crew, cargo and environmental protection ⢠Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements ⢠Plan and execute voyages efficiently ⢠Supervise cargo operations (loading, stowage, securing, discharge) ⢠Lead crew, enforce safety procedures, and conduct drills ⢠Handle emergencies and maintain all documentation & reporting ⢠Holder of valid COC (STCW Reg II/2) with verification ⢠Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position ⢠Experience with multicultural working environment ⢠Good communication and leadership skills ⢠Fluent in written and spoken English language ⢠Safety culture and mindset ⢠Minimum 9 months in rank on the same type/size of the vessel
