📋 Description
• Conceptualize, iterate, and execute high-quality design work • Fulfill ongoing design edit requests • Take on projects with tight turnaround times • Assist Senior Designers, Art Directors, and Producers assigned to client accounts • Create landing pages, paid social posts, webinar/event content, branded swag, sales collateral decks, case studies, product one-pagers, e-books, blog post headers, newsletter graphics, and email graphics • Lead and champion good design practices • Participate in written and verbal client and internal conversations about design thinking and execution • Maintain clean, consistent, and effective creative workflows • Complete design work asynchronously and autonomously while meeting deliverable timelines and deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• Strong portfolio including B2B, SaaS, and tech company marketing design work • Ability to work independently to solve problems and collaborate on design work • Strong typography, hierarchy, and layout skills • Figma proficiency • Adobe proficiency • Webflow proficiency is nice to have • Interactive and motion design experience is a bonus • Education and professional experience working as a graphic designer • Solid communication skills with team members and clients • Initiative and self-starter attitude • Flexibility to work under reasonable deadlines • Attention to detail in file preparation, design handoff, and quality assurance • Fluency in English • Availability to Zoom within PST through EST time zones • Comfortable communicating via Slack, Figma comments, Google Docs, and Zoom • Reliable internet connection and own equipment
