📋 Description

• Support end-to-end execution of client transactions, including M&A and capital-raising initiatives • Prepare pitchbooks, transaction summaries, financial analyses, and supporting documentation • Develop sell-side pitch materials highlighting strategic opportunities and value propositions • Prepare slides and presentation materials for client meetings • Conduct industry, market, and product research on current events, valuation trends, financial metrics, and competitive landscapes • Gather financial data and support execution of M&A deals, IPOs, private equity settlements, and other advisory services • Assist senior bankers with business development activities and identify potential client engagement opportunities • Coordinate projects and facilitate communication among clients, advisory teams, and internal stakeholders • Support senior bankers in managing timelines, deliverables, and high-quality outputs under tight deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field • At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or corporate development • Previous exposure to M&A transactions or relevant internship experience is highly preferred • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating client-facing materials • Familiarity with financial databases and research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, PitchBook) is a plus • Fluent/advanced English required (written and verbal) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective project and time management skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Strong client service orientation and teamwork mindset • CFA Level I candidate or higher is preferred but not required
