📋 Description

• Develop backend solutions involving Agentic AI, MCP, and advanced automation workflows • Build and integrate AI agents, workflow automations, and backend integrations • Apply prompt engineering, prompt design, and prompt evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of backend development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI development • Strong understanding and practical experience with MCP • Experience with automation tools and workflow automation platforms like n8n • Experience working with AI tools such as Claude • Strong understanding of workflow automation, AI agents, and backend integrations • Experience with prompt engineering, prompt design, and prompt evaluation • Ability to work independently in a part-time/hourly engagement • Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver within limited weekly hours • Nice to have: Experience working with AWS • Nice to have: Experience with CRM systems, customer lifecycle, retention analytics, or marketing automation platforms • Nice to have: Experience building production-grade AI automations or agent-based systems
