📋 Description

• Lead the team across multiple workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery every sprint • Own prioritization, capacity planning, and alignment on sprint goals • Coordinate across teams, remove blockers, and manage dependencies • Develop team velocity and capabilities through coaching, feedback, and gap identification • Lead the design of scalable, reliable, and maintainable features • Stay hands-on in high-scale, cloud-based development using Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB • Conduct code reviews and promote architecture and performance best practices • Partner with Product Managers to shape features from concept through release • Join customer technical sessions to address requirements, challenges, and integrations • Act as technical lead for the domain and liaise with Customer Success • Drive technical decisions on product improvements and new capabilities • Apply AI and modern tools to improve team speed and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience • 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership or Team Lead role • Deep hands-on expertise with Node.js — must-have • Strong experience with AWS — must-have • Experience with React — preferred • Experience with Python — advantage • Experience working with MongoDB • Strong experience designing and building scalable backend systems • Proven experience managing technical execution across multiple workstreams • Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, reliability, and clean code principles • Experience delivering end-to-end features and projects from design through production • Experience working in a fast-paced product environment • Strong ownership mindset and ability to make technical decisions independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience leading or collaborating with global or distributed teams • Ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience participating in customer-facing technical discussions • AI-first mindset focused on software development and engineering productivity, developer experience, automated testing, technical prototyping, development workflows and internal processes, system performance and scalability
