📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end across React front-end and Node.js back-end • Build and ship full-stack features, including React interfaces, Node.js services, and APIs • Build front-end screens using AI coding agents from designs, specifications, or screenshots • Generate components, forms, tables, state logic, and tests with AI, then review, harden, and integrate the output • Set up and maintain the AI workflow for front-end work, including project rules, context files, component conventions, design-system references, and prompt patterns • Containerize services with Docker and deploy and operate them on Kubernetes and AWS • Maintain CI/CD, monitoring, and logging for owned systems • Review human- and AI-written code • Work directly with the product and management team • Ship, deploy, and support built features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • 3+ years regularly delivering both React front-end and Node.js back-end features in production • Strong React skills, including hooks, state management, performance, and TypeScript • Strong Node.js skills, including API design, async patterns, authentication, and testing • Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS • Daily use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar for end-to-end React UI development • Ability to demonstrate real screens or features built mostly with AI and explain what was retained, rewritten, and why • Ability to provide AI agents with appropriate context, including design files, component libraries, existing patterns, and API contracts • Understanding of AI failure modes in front-end work, including state bugs, accessibility, performance, and inconsistent styling, and how to identify them • Use of AI across the stack for back-end code, tests, refactoring, debugging, and reviews; ability to explain prompt, context, and agent workflows and how output is verified • Git, CI/CD, and automated testing experience • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and own features from idea to production • React Native experience shipping mobile apps to the App Store or Google Play is a huge bonus • Experience with AI design-to-code tools such as Figma-to-code, v0, Lovable, Bolt, or similar in a real delivery flow is a huge bonus
