📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end from idea to production • Build and ship full-stack features using React front-end and Node.js services and APIs • Turn designs, specifications or screenshots into working React screens using AI coding agents • Generate components, forms, tables, state logic and tests with AI, then review, harden and integrate the output • Set up and maintain the AI workflow for front-end work, including project rules/context files, component conventions, design-system references and prompt patterns • Containerize services with Docker • Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes and AWS • Maintain CI/CD, monitoring and logging for owned systems • Review human- and AI-written code • Work directly with the product and management team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development • 3+ years regularly delivering both React front-end and Node.js back-end of the same features in production • Strong React: hooks, state management, performance, TypeScript • Strong Node.js: API design, async patterns, auth, testing • Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, Docker and AWS • Daily use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot or similar to build React UI end-to-end • Ability to show real examples of screens or features built mostly with AI and explain what was kept, rewritten and why • Ability to provide AI agents with appropriate context, including design files, component libraries, existing patterns and API contracts • Knowledge of where AI breaks on front-end work, including state bugs, accessibility, performance and inconsistent styling, and how to catch these issues • Use of AI across the stack for back-end code, tests, refactoring, debugging and reviews; ability to explain prompt, context and agent workflows and how output is verified • Git, CI/CD and automated testing • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly and own a feature from idea to production • React Native experience and shipped mobile apps to App Store / Google Play (huge bonus) • Experience with AI design-to-code tools such as Figma-to-code, v0, Lovable, Bolt or similar as part of a real delivery flow (huge bonus)
