📋 Description

• Independently manage customers in the DevOps and SecOps environment • Serve as a reliable point of contact within internal sales • Coordinate and professionally follow up on inquiries, quotations, and licensing matters relating to AWS and GitLab • Work closely with vendors, internal sales and service teams, and the PDU • Position suitable solutions and services • Identify customer needs and capture them in a structured manner • Actively develop opportunities for additional services • Document sales processes and monitor key performance indicators • Contribute to efficient collaboration within the team • Support the ongoing development of DevOps and SecOps activities with your own ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training with strong results • Initial professional experience in sales, a sales-related environment, or service operations—ideally 1–2 years • Professional manner when dealing with customers • Interest in IT, software sales, and DevOps and SecOps topics • Pre-sales experience is a plus • Strong numerical understanding • Analytical and logical thinking • Structured approach to work • Excellent teamwork, strong communication skills, and reliability • German language skills at least at B1 level; C1/C2 preferred • English language skills at least at B1/B2 level • Prior knowledge of software development, particularly CI/CD and code security, is an advantage
