• Provide strategic leadership for Compassion's global mobility and immigration programs. • Design, implement, and continuously improve policies and programs for international assignments, relocations, immigration, remote work abroad, and workforce mobility solutions. • Advise leaders, People & Culture partners, and employees on complex mobility and immigration matters. • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging workforce practices to recommend innovative solutions. • Lead complex global initiatives and develop and maintain governance frameworks and policies. • Manage key vendor relationships, including immigration vendors and regional Employers of Record. • Approve and negotiate contracts, ensure adherence to service level agreements, and analyze research. • Evaluate and oversee mobility and immigration cases and processes. • Build and maintain positive relationships with leadership and provide subject matter expertise. • Guide managers and mobility populations through People and Culture programs and practices, including merit, rewards and recognition, performance reviews, onboarding, engagement, and termination. • Guide staff and coach leadership through global hires, secondments or EOR arrangements, relocations, assignments, temporary remote work abroad, and immigration services. • Interpret and update policies and regulations to ensure compliance with local regulations. • Gather and analyze mobility data and metrics to support recommendations and program improvements. • Audit and evaluate current and pending cases, provide case updates, and analyze trends and emerging patterns. • Identify and communicate risks and lead collaboration with People and Culture, legal, and security teams on solutions and improvements. • Develop or revise programs and policies to ensure compliance, clarity, uniformity, and completeness across regions. • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and advise People and Culture, managers, and employees on mobility and immigration policies and procedures. • Engage in other broad-based compensation projects as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. • Ten years of progressive experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Compensation, or International Human Resources. • Experience managing global mobility programs, including relocations, international assignments, immigration, remote work abroad, and Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements. • Strong knowledge of global mobility, immigration, employment, and compliance requirements in a multinational environment. • Proven ability to influence, advise, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience using data to inform recommendations and decision-making. • Broad-based compensation knowledge with experience evaluating compensation implications of international assignments, relocations, and other global mobility programs. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience supporting U.S.-based leadership teams. • Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. • Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ and maintain a courteous, Christ-like attitude. • Commit to child protection considerations and abide by Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. • Report concerns of child abuse, neglect, or exploitation through Compassion’s internal reporting process. • Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.
