📋 Description

• Execute and monitor consulting projects in occupational psychology • Develop initiatives defined in the project scope to promote cultural transformation within organizations • Develop and deliver training programs at all organizational levels, with prior supervision and/or ongoing support • Conduct organizational climate and culture assessments, with prior supervision and/or ongoing support • Lead the implementation and/or enhancement of preventive processes with clients • Manage client projects, monitoring schedules and the effectiveness of each initiative • Create internal and external materials to support day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• Full availability for travel • At least 1 year of experience working in organizations • Intermediate English and/or Spanish (required) • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms • Project and training management (Trello) • Knowledge of dashboards for monitoring KPIs, health, safety, and organizational climate • Familiarity with training management systems and e-learning platforms • Advanced PowerPoint skills • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Completed degree in Psychology, Occupational Safety Engineering, or a related field • Previous experience in organizational assessment is preferred • Certification in behavioral psychology tools is preferred • Practical experience in cultural transformation is preferred • Valid Category B driver’s license is preferred
