📋 Description

• Support and advise our clients as an external Occupational Safety Specialist, with a focus on the automotive sector (well-known dealership groups and car dealerships) but also in other industries • Provide expert support on all matters related to occupational safety and health protection • Conduct workplace inspections and participate in workplace safety committee (ASA) meetings • Prepare inspection reports and ASA minutes in coordination with the company physician • Identify improvement opportunities in the daily working environment • Deliver briefings and training sessions for employees on occupational safety topics • Advise on the analysis and assessment of workplaces and actively support the preparation and updating of risk assessments, as well as the derivation of appropriate protective measures • Independently plan client appointments and organize your work

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Occupational Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit) or Safety Engineer • Ideally you have additional qualifications (e.g., in environmental, fire or hazardous-substances/hazardous-goods management) or are willing to obtain such qualifications in the future • Empathy, professional competence and a strong service- and customer-oriented mindset • Independent, structured and responsible working style • Strong communication skills and a confident customer-facing presence • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written • Proficient in MS Office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Willingness to travel within the New Federal States • Essential: Driving licence class B and high mobility
