📋 Description

• Provide learning administrative services to support client learning and data management needs • Perform data entry related to learning administration • Enter training data into the SuccessFactors learning management system • Manage requests using ServiceNow • Maintain client standard operating procedures, processes, and service level agreements • Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies and issues • Escalate issues to the Manager for resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Entry level with a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of successful working experience • Experience in a learning organization • Experience in training administration preferred but not required • Experience in customer service • Knowledge of and experience with learning management systems preferred but not required • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong quality focus, and well organized • Ability to prioritize work requirements and multitask • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change • Effective oral and written communication skills with clients, leadership, and team members • Willingness to work on Malaysia Public Holidays and night shifts supporting ET hours • Ability to work remotely
