📋 Description

• Oversee the Record to Report process for the China region, ensuring efficiency and transaction accuracy • Process bank transaction entries, including bank interest and bank charges • Perform daily cash flow budgeting • Maintain exchange rates and perform revaluation • Prepare closing reports, including ageing, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, inventory, incentive, forex revaluation, and VAT reports • Prepare the fixed assets register and post fixed asset transactions • Prepare and post general accounting journal entries, including payroll, banking, inventory, withholding tax, accruals, deferrals, and prepayments • Prepare reconciliations for general ledger, bank, prepaid expense, tax, fixed asset, and other accounts • Maintain General Ledger account master data • Perform month-end close and open periods • Perform year-end balance carry forward • Prepare monthly financial statements • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues • Update desktop procedures as needed • Fulfill sector satisfaction requirements • Lead customer billing and collections efforts and resolve complex issues • Provide backup support for junior staff and coach them on enquiries • Understand entity processes and support process improvement • Support audit activities

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting with RTR relevant experiences • At least a year in SAP experience • MNC shared services exposure is preferable, such as Asia Pacific countries • Chinese speaker is a must for clients served and China entities • Communication skills in written and spoken Mandarin and English • Computer literacy, especially advanced Excel (Pivot, formula link, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Word • Able to meet strict deadlines with quality output • Experience with SAP system is an added advantage • Responsible, tactful, self-motivated, and able to learn • Able to work under pressure during month-end close and ad-hoc support as required
