📋 Description

• Serve as the primary resource for customers contacting the Information Center regarding products and services • Communicate product and/or disease state information via telephone, e-mail, and written communication • Manage all customer inquiries to successful resolution • Provide product and disease state information, including on- and off-label information within Standard Response guidelines • Provide customer service and immediate resolution at the point of contact • Communicate product information and specific offers to physicians, healthcare staff, and consumers via outbound tele-service • Evaluate and escalate calls as appropriate • Respond to non-phone inquiries such as e-mail and fax • Comply with adverse event and product quality processes and industry regulations • Manage assigned project work in a timely manner • Maintain current product, medical, disease, and industry knowledge • Obtain customer information and record interactions in appropriate systems • Communicate customer calls, issues, trends, programs, and solutions • Collaborate with team members across products, medical issues, and business issues and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Czech and Polish at C1/C2 level is required • Knowledge of English is mandatory • Previous experience in a call center environment preferred • Experience providing medical information and customer service to healthcare professionals over the phone strongly preferred • Demonstrated competency using information technology, PCs, and databases • Excellent verbal, telephone communication, and written skills • Ability to multitask • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills • Good time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
