📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the Total Quality Management (TQM) program. • Ensure that service standards exceed customer expectations. • Develop systematic approaches to quality assurance. • Drive continuous process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the team. • Conduct employee discussions and support individual development. • Actively contribute to recruitment activities. • Design training programs, incentive schemes, and internal communications initiatives to promote quality awareness. • Optimize collaboration across departments and functions.

🎯 Requirements

• You live in Turkey and are seeking a full-time work-from-home position. • High willingness to travel occasionally for business. • Solid experience in quality management, ideally in a BPO, call center, or service environment. • Leadership experience. • In-depth understanding of quality concepts, methods, and theories related to process improvement. • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills. • Strong assertiveness and influencing skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities. • Ability to motivate and inspire remote teams.
