📋 Description

• Perform Month-End Close activities including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations. • Support inventory accounting, fixed assets, depreciation allocation, intercompany transactions, and GL accounting activities. • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support business decision-making. • Maintain master data and Chart of Accounts in accordance with established controls and governance standards. • Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines while maintaining compliance with internal controls. • Participate in client meetings, process improvement initiatives, testing activities, and system implementations. • Maintain process documentation, SOPs, desktop procedures, and operational checklists. • Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively manage client queries, escalations, and service delivery expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of RTR / General Ledger Accounting experience. • Strong experience in MEC, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and financial reporting. • SAP experience preferred. • German language proficiency (minimum B2; C1 preferred). • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. • Ability to work independently in an international Shared Services environment. • Proven ability to build positive client relationships and effectively manage challenging stakeholder situations.
