📋 Description

• Facilitate scheduling processes, ensuring efficiency and maintaining high standards of service delivery • Create and maintain schedules in accordance with client requirements • Navigate Microsoft TEAMS, Office, and Excel in scheduling processes • Collaborate with clients and other vendors to fulfill scheduling requests promptly and efficiently • Handle client scheduling requests with flexibility and responsiveness • Address scheduling challenges using problem-solving and innovative thinking • Uphold and enforce quality assurance standards for accurate and reliable schedules • Identify and escalate scheduling issues to the Delivery Services Manager • Manage multiple scheduling tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Facilitate collaboration within the team and with clients • Address client inquiries and provide a positive, professional customer experience • Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with team members

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older • Preferably a high school diploma and above • Must be able to submit a background check and drug test • Must be able to work 8 hours night shift and Public Holidays from 8PM to 8AM, Mon to Fri • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing versatility and adaptability • Good English communication • Good work ethic • Good organizational skills • Multitasking • Proficiency with Microsoft TEAMS, Office, and Excel
