📋 Description

• Join our growing engineering team in Latin America. • Work on an internal platform, designing and building backend services and integrations that support scalable, multi-tenant systems. • Act as a technical leader and mentor other developers as the team grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience • Strong proficiency in Java (17 or higher) • Production experience with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus • Experience building backend and integration-oriented services • Solid understanding of scalable backend architectures • Comfortable working in AWS-based environments • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
