📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise supporting the sale and deployment of Context Labs’ products • Bridge technical, product, and customer needs, focusing on oil & gas facilities and GHG emissions • Collaborate with sales, product, and customers on demos, digital-readiness assessments, and complex data integration challenges • Define pre-sales technical positioning, demo standards, and reference implementation strategy • Support executive sponsor conversations and align sales motions with delivery and support capacity • Establish architectural standards and reusable system design patterns across customers • Align solution architecture strategy with product and platform evolution • Define qualification, discovery, and delivery standards and frameworks • Set minimum technical readiness criteria and own the escalation path for deals • Define architectural principles for scalability, performance, and reuse • Govern emissions calculation, knowledge engineering, data integration, certificate, compliance report, and dashboard standards • Ensure long-term maintainability of the CXL knowledge graph technology and customer configurations • Govern implementation consistency and adherence to system design standards globally • Establish post-sales handoff standards and align Sales, Solution Architecture/Engineering, Delivery TPM, and Support • Build and lead the Solution Architecture organization • Set standards, goals, and accountability while developing future leaders • Mentor junior staff members

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience balancing revenue growth with delivery risk, regulatory exposure, and long-term platform integrity • Experience building and leading a Solution Architecture organization • Experience setting standards, goals, and accountability and developing future leaders • Portfolio-level understanding of emissions architecture, knowledge graph design, data integration strategy, and platform scalability • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical people • Outstanding organizational skills • Experience with enterprise software implementations involving complex data integration and migration efforts • Significant experience in oil & gas operating facilities, including upstream, midstream, or downstream • Ability to understand operational challenges and communicate with customer personnel across functions and levels • Solid understanding of P&IDs, PFDs, C&E charts, Electrical One-Lines, facility layout drawings, and similar engineered facility drawings • Experience writing SQL queries and navigating large or complex datasets preferred • Experience with Atlassian suite of management tools preferred • Prior software experience, modern application architecture knowledge, and/or RESTful API integration experience is a plus but not required • Project Management and/or Agile certification is a plus
