📋 Description
• Lead pre-sales strategy, deployment governance, and enterprise platform positioning • Define deployment standards, readiness criteria, and repeatable implementation models • Own portfolio-level delivery performance, predictability, risk management, and strategic account health • Define deployment strategies across public SaaS, private tenant, and managed application frameworks • Establish governance, escalation, and risk-management frameworks for complex global programs • Own the health, satisfaction, success, ROI, and operational impact of strategic enterprise accounts • Build and scale the technical engagement operating model and TPM organization • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmap prioritization using enterprise deployment learnings • Drive executive alignment on technical program priorities, risks, and tradeoffs • Represent Context Labs in enterprise forums and strategic customer engagements • Establish dashboards for deployment success, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, renewals, and expansion • Use delivery insights to improve qualification, architecture standards, and support readiness
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record balancing enterprise revenue growth with delivery risk, regulatory exposure, and long-term trust • Demonstrated experience in global enterprise operating environments • Experience leading and managing leaders • Experience defining strategy, accountability, and organizational structure • Comfortable scaling engagement and operations globally • Portfolio-level understanding of enterprise cloud ecosystems, security and compliance constraints, deployment frameworks, and large-scale data integration architectures • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical people • Outstanding organizational skills • Experience with enterprise software implementations involving complex data integration and migration efforts • Experience in oil & gas operating facilities is preferred • Project Management and/or Agile certification is a plus • Experience with the Atlassian suite of management tools is preferred • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred
