📋 Description

• Own each event end to end, including scope, timeline, suppliers, delivery, invoices, and review • Build and drive project plans with task owners, dates, and dependencies in monday.com • Maintain the full event calendar with events, owners, and key dates • Coordinate Marketing, Academics, and Operations across registration launches, presenter confirmations, resource handovers, and communications milestones • Lock venues and suppliers, including room requirements, AV, catering, printing, and signage • Monitor Eventbrite registrations daily and trigger capacity, waitlist, and extra-session decisions • Write minute-by-minute run sheets with named owners and brief on-the-ground teams • Collect attendance data and feedback, manage supplier invoices, prepare post-event reports, and carry fixes into subsequent plans • Build Contour's event delivery playbook, including reusable project plan and run sheet templates and a review loop • Report to the Chief Marketing Officer and coordinate events delivered in Australia from India

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years delivering projects or events while owning the whole timeline • Experience delivering work dependent on people who did not report to you • Comfortable chasing and escalating persistent follow-up • Strong written communication • Clean document and data management habits • Comfortable working across the India and Australia time difference • Flexibility to be available when events go live • Nice to have: experience running events remotely in a city or country where you were not present • Nice to have: experience with education, exams, or student and family audiences • Nice to have: hands-on experience with monday.com, Eventbrite, or HubSpot • Nice to have: venue and supplier negotiation experience
