📋 Description

• Klanten helpen vanuit de eigen werkplek tussen 08:00 en 23:59 uur • Productadvies geven • Klantvragen beantwoorden via telefoon, e-mail en socialmediakanalen • Klantproblemen oplossen en gesprekken op persoonlijke wijze voeren • Maandelijks samenkomen met het team op kantoor in Antwerpen • De eerste 4 weken volgens een vast rooster werken tijdens het inwerktraject

🎯 Requirements

• Foutloos Nederlands kunnen spreken én schrijven • Stressbestendig en goed kunnen omgaan met weerstand in gesprekken • Wonen op maximaal 90 minuten reistijd met het openbaar vervoer van Antwerpen Berchem • Minstens 1 jaar werkervaring in klantcontact • Flexibel beschikbaar tijdens de week, vooral op maandag of vrijdag • Standaard beschikbaar om op zaterdag te werken • De eerste 4 weken volgens een vast rooster werken
