📋 Description

• Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize requirements • Analyze complex banking and organizational processes and translate them clearly into functional and non-functional requirements • Identify and document processes, interdependencies, and issues within the Compliance environment • Prepare functional concepts and specifications for implementation • Define and coordinate test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Contribute to an agile environment based on SAFe principles

🎯 Requirements

• University of Applied Sciences degree, advanced professional qualification, or equivalent education • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation or Compliance projects • Excellent understanding of banking and organizational processes in the Compliance area • In-depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) • Several years of experience in Business Analysis or a comparable role • Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements • Clean background and financial record (no debt enforcement proceedings or criminal convictions) • Excellent German and English skills
